With the advancements of video game technology, this work explores the ideas of immersion and addiction through the ideals of photo realisation in contemporary gaming culture. It asks question about the merging of reality and the virtual through the use of an camera obscura stereoscope. The viewer looks through the camera obscura stereoscope and sees a 3 dimensional image of a person staring at them holding a game controller. This positions the viewer inside a television observing the real world.
